The funny part of the whole idea is it would make very little difference in our national debt. It would drop to almost nothing things like scholarship funds, hospital expansions, library expansions and all the other good works. If anyone is dumb enough to actually believe that those in that tax bracket would really stay in a country that had that high of a tax bracket.
