Getting rid of the filibuster over district and circuit court nominations is something I can live with no matter who is in power. The citizens oversight of the judicial branch of government is the weakest of the government's 3 branches. Given that thought, especially when it comes to judges our elections should matter. I'm against these filibusters just as I am against the hearings of Supreme Court nominations being held up by those playing political games.
