The death camps were not just for jewish people. Polish people also filled death camps. How is identifying a death camp where there were Polish people as a "polish death camp" insulting to anyone, or factually incorrect?

Because calling a death camp a [insert name] death camp is an indictment of those running the camp, not of those housed in the camp.

Thus, a 'Nazi' death camp indicates the Nazi's were running the camp, in the same manner that calling it a 'Polish' death camp is saying that the Polish were running the death camp... which they obviously were not.

As we are constantly reminded by the libturds, none of us is qualified to make this judgement, since none of us are Polish. I'm surprised at least one libturd hasn't shown up to tell us that we can't know about those camps since none of us were there.

He didn't make a mistake, and he knew what he was doing. He's minimalizing Nazi involvement because he approves of what the Nazis did in Poland.

The Nazis had a tremendous propaganda machine at work in Poland, prior to the death camps. They enlisted the support of the Polish people in their own genocide, by embarking on a campaign to get them to abort their own children. This was just before they went ahead and started sterilizing and forcibly aborting them.

Using propaganda, *science* and *education* the Nazis encouraged Polish women to get abortions, with the objective of making them willing participants in their own genocide, and to free them up for work.

Obama approves of what happened in Poland. He's going to do what he can to make such campaigns look normal and good, because that's what he wants here. And to do that, it's important to remove the stigma and make it appear that they willingly participated in it.

For those that don't believe, just give him that second term he so longs for.

President Obama made a factually inaccurate and offensive gaffe Tuesday when he referred to 'Polish death camps' while praising a World War II hero.

Even though he issued an apology shortly after the statement, the Polish prime minister said Wednesday that he wasn't completely satisfied with a White House explanation that the President simply misspoke, saying he wants a 'stronger, more pointed' response.

The phrasing is considered hugely offensive in Poland, where Nazi Germany murdered Poles, Jews and others in death camps it built during World War II on Polish and German territory.

Poles have responded with outrage, maintaining Mr Obama should have called it a 'German death camp in Nazi-occupied Poland,' to distinguish the perpetrators from the location.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk said he was accepting a White House explanation that Mr Obama misspoke but was still waiting for a 'stronger, more pointed reaction' that could eliminate the phrasing 'once and for all.'
We always react in the same way when ignorance, lack of knowledge, bad intentions lead to such a distortion of history, so painful for us here in Poland, in a country which suffered like no other in Europe during World War II,' Mr Tusk said in his statement.

'We cannot accept such words even if they are spoken by the leader of a friendly power -- or perhaps especially in such situations -- since we expect diligence, care and respect from our friend on issues of such importance as World War II remembrance.'
