President, Admit the Obvious on Iran Deal

The Iran agreement achieves nothing of what the president said we expected out of an agreement. In fact, it achieves the opposite. That is, it makes it much more difficult if not impossible to eliminate the Iran nuclear program through military means which has always been the fail safe position. This agreement finally admits what its proponents have conceded long ago. That is, giving Iran the bomb is preferable to war. Those against the agreement acknowledge that we probably will get both.

Iran does desire such an outcome. Their apocolyptic belief in the 12th Imam among hardline bearded sociopaths in Iran is driving their ambitions to acquire nukes and take out Israel and the US. No sane person would try it, but you're talking about a religious cult that encourages people to walk into crowds with explosive vests on. Why do you think this agreement closes the door on reimposing sanctions or even attacking them in the highly unlikely event they can hide any sort of nuclear capability from us? Listening to some of you it is apparent you are unaware of the industrial scale of a nuclear missile program. It would be like trying to hide an entire petrochemical industry.

This agreement allows them to build their nuclear weapons. This agreement gives them the ability to purchase intercontinental missiles. This agreement gives them $150 Billion now and allows them out of the sanction box they were in. This agreement provides for the US to PROTECT their industrial sites against military or cyber attacks. In other words, if Israel attacks their sites, this agreement provides that we go to war WITH ISRAEL. This agreement precludes inspections at their Parchin site. What did we get out of this agreement? We were better off without one.

The only certainty to arise from this agreement is that it will accelerate the on-going arms race in the Middle East. Russia will benefit by expanding sales of nuclear technology to the region and will sell its armaments to both Shia and Sunni States. The US Arms industry will also benefit from growing sales to those same countries. Other than increasing stock prices in the armaments industry there seems to be little else of benefit to this deal.

Obama really has been a foreign policy nightmare:
