This is never brought up but the officer does not say "I am placing your under arrest" before grabbing her. The whole time she is "resisting" she has never been informed she is under arrest.

He walks up to white lady "hello ma'am, no evidence of a crime"

Walks up to black lady "Whats your name?" then decides hes going to slam her around because no crime was committed.

I hope she sues their asses silly. These feral chimps need to be taught a lesson.

The cop should have backed the public away and given the Ape enuff space to leave the area safely

The cops was an idiot and should be charged with assault, the cop in interview also a two faced idiot. This was not serve and protect.

There has been a thread running on this for several days.
To sum it up, the black woman refused to give her name, attempted to walk away from the officer and then struggled with the officer when he attempted to detain her.
She copped an attitude and it did not work out well for her.
She should be charged with resisting arrest and risk of injury to her unborn child.

Yeah, except no. She did walk anywhere. The cop had no reason to put his hands on her since no crime was committed.

Unless you believe anytime a cop comes in contact with you you're under arrest. The laws dont care what you believe tho thats not the case.

He says this as if she committed a crime. She didnt, there was no reason to detain anyone and dont forget he never said she was under arrest. So you're just making it up.

You cant struggle with someone who keeps their hands to themselves. The cop shouldn't have escalated it. You have the right (remember those) to not give your name anyway

The officer wasn't sure if the white chick that called in the incident wanted to press charges/civilian arrest or not, therefore detention is warranted.

So when he states there is no evidence of a crime that means that he's arresting fir the crime he cant see? lol

Find the other thread and watch the body cam video. She refused to give her name and then attempted to walk away. The cop has a right to detain her when she does that.

Doesnt matter if she wanted to press charges unless she had a witness. They didnt need the Black woman wrestled to the ground in order for the white woman to file a report.

Unless its a state by state thing. I got a cops ass in hot water for this very thing. People need to know their rights.
