Prayers for my Grandma

Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: Comfort
and relieve your sick servants, and give your power
of healing to those who minister to their needs,
that those for whom our prayers are offered may be
strengthened in their weakness and have confidence
in your loving care; through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and forever.

Of course. But don't forget to talk to the Lord yourself.
When you bless the Sacrament, are you not talking to the Lord yourself?

When you baptize, do you not talk to the Lord yourself?

When you say the Lord's Prayer, do you not talk to the Lord yourself?

How many of your prayers daily, Avatar, are rote patterns without thinking about what you are saying.

I reminded Gordon Hinckley of this issue once, and he thanked me for it.

I have every right to interpret scripture and religious doctrine of any religion, as do you. You were attacking the principle of prepared prayers and I pointed out that you use them as well. So slouch off, son.

The Son has the attributes and functions of the Father, so he is as the Father who has conceived the Son, who is the Son and conceived as such and so dwells in the flesh as the Son and is subect to the Spirit. He who comes to save the world is both Father and Son.

The difficulty of course is it can be read as a typical 1827 trinitarian godhead meme, yet I believe the Mormons believe in separate personages in the Godhead.

I hope your grandmother gets better, friendo.

*prayers*
