Again, untrue. If you read the Constitution, it is a rather simplistic document. See the above link.

No piece of paper with words, no matter how intuitive and intelligent, can last forever.

Newguy, you are entitled to your opinion. But legal minds the world over disagree with your philosophy.

Although I don't count myself among them, I concur with their views.
 
The vast majority of the Constitution is quite clear.

Most of the vague words and terms only arise in the Bill of Rights, and even then the area for interpretation is limited.
