I'm giving you the benefit of doubt here and say that it's a typo and you meant 5 million not 500 million jobs.

39.1 million in poverty in 2008. Now it's at 46.2 million.
$10.6 trillion debt in 2008. Now it's over $16 trillion.
51% increase, with people on food stamps.
Based on this I would say the President Obama's polices are not working.
