No the nearest to Peace was when Mr Rabin and Mr Peres were in dialogue with Yasser Arafat and progressing to a solution.....but the Rabid Zionists Assassinated Mr Rabin.......end of all negotiations JUST AS THE ZIONISTS WANTED AND STILL WANT,..........Arafat was negociating sic with these two excellent men ....436,you have fallen on your own sword ..yet again.Bill Clinton said that he "killed himself" in order to give the Palestinians a state. The offer was all of Gaza, and 97% of the West Bank (with land swaps by Israel). Arafart turned him down. The Palestinians "never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity."
I was writing about a different time and a different place, and a remark that Bill Clinton made just a few days ago. It was after Rabin, yes, but what does that matter? It was a valid offer made after 2 weeks of negotiations, that Arafart turned down. Immediately afterwards, the vicious second intifada began.
