Obama sets out wish list for Supreme Court nominee in blog post | Fox News

“I seek judges who approach decisions without any particular ideology or agenda, but rather a commitment to impartial justice, a respect for precedent, and a determination to faithfully apply the law to the facts at hand,” Obama wrote."

After swearing an Oath of Office to defend and up-hold the Constitution and Enforce the Rule of Law, President Obama immediately declared he would NOT enforce DOMA because he personally disagreed with it.

Since then he has:
- Ignored Immigration Law

- Refused to Enforce existing Immigration

- Ignored and PROTECTS Sanctuary Cities that violate Federal Law to provide Safe haven to Illegals who prey on US citizens

- Illegally supplied thousands of weapons to Mexican Drug Cartels resulting in the deaths of over 5oo people, to include 2 Americans - no one ever held accountable.

- Protected his Atty General from 2 Felony counts of Perjury under oath as part of the Fast and Furious cover-up (which resulted in the Atty General's bi-partisan Censure, the 1st ever in US history for a US Atty General

- Used the IRS to punish his political enemies - US citizens

- Continually B-Passed Congress to push his own political agenda

- Illegally made (Non-)Recess Appointments

- Allowed his EPA (and other agencies) to 'create/enforce' their own 'laws' not passed by Congress

- Engaged in FRAUD to push minority-supported legislation finally signed into law against the majority will of the people

- Has ignored court orders and has had his administration held in Contempt for violating court orders...

Obama, one of if not THE most partisan / polarizing politicians this country has ever know, has continuously demonstrated disdain and disregard for as well as has violated both Constitution and Rule of Law; yet he amazingly claims he is looking to appoint an 'impartial' who will do something he has refused to do hiw whole time in office: faithfully apply the law.

:lmao:

Yeah, Sotomayor's nomination met everyone of those standards, especially the non-partisan requirement. :p

If Obama actually nominated a moderate, sober minded justice with a thorough understanding of and respect for the Constitution, I would be totally amazed. Such a move would be brilliant politically, placing the Republicans in a very bad position and enhancing his legacy beyond the * (first black president). Thus, I am completely assured he will not do it.
