The Palin energy policy has always been drill for oil regardless of potential environmental risk

You can still advocate building bridges while realizing that the government needs to help when a massive bridge collapses.

Deepwater Horizon was a FOREIGN FLAGGED VESSEL. Why? Because oil platforms are treated like ships, and the country that they are registered under is the country that dictates the inspection procedures.

Halliburton (the guys that made the slurry that caused this fuckup) has their world headquarters in Dubai (that move happened under Bush Jr.).

BP is a foreign company as well. So no, this isn't American owned drilling.
