Palestinian girls invent 'seeing' walking stick for blind

People who normally inhabit the place called Palestine can be considered Palestinians.

There is no state called Palestine.
Israel encompasses most of the territory called Palestine.
Palestinians live in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Kuwait and the US among other locations.

Try, again. Maybe in this lifetime, you'll figure it out. :clap2:

The place was called Palestine during the mandate period. It was called Palestine in all the armistice agreements. It was called Palestine in the Balfour letter. The place of birth on their birth certificates says Palestine. They are called Palestinians everywhere in the world.

They must be Palestinians.

There has never been a country in history called Palestine, so, these alleged birth certificates are apocryphal.

Princeton Professor Philip Hitti, the eminent Arab historian who represented the Institute of Arab American Affairs before the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry in 1946...
The Sunday schools have done a great deal of harm to us, because by smearing the walls of the rooms with maps of Palestine they are associating it in the mind of the average American--and I may say perhaps the Englishman, too--with the Jews. Sir, there is no such thing as Palestine in history, absolutely not.

Newsflash: The British haven't been there for 60 years.
The Balfour Declaration called for a Jewish state in Palestine
Thus, Israeli Jews would be Palestinians.
In fact, prior to Israeli statehood, Jews were known as Palestinians.

So, let's try again, for the 20th time. Who are your so-called Palestinians?

That's true. Many Jews are Palestinians as are many Christians and Muslims.

No Jews today refer to themselves as Palestinians. That's absurd, you fool. They identify as Israeli Jews.

In fact, I rarely meet any Arabs who identify as Palestinians as Arabs tend to identify by religioius affiliation, usually Muslim.

So, again, you really do not have a clue what you're talking about.

You can't even tell us who Palestinians are, you ninny.

Are you talking about those Palestinian maps that are geographically correct again?

There has never been a country called Palestine. Your maps may show a geographic territory, but, no state.

For most of the past 500 years, the conventional view among Ottoman Turks and Arabs was that the territory of Palestine was southern Syria.

So, these Arabs would be Syrian.

But, you remain a failure in correctly defining who Palestinians are.

Any chance you can do so in this lifetime?

I really hate to humiliate you in this fashion. It's painfully evident you don't have any idea who these so-called Palestinians are, having tripped all over yourself like a clumsy oaf.

I'll let you off the hook, but, don't be a poseur, again.

When the mandate was divided into Palestine and Transjordan, The people in the Palestinian part were called Palestinians and the Transjordanians were called Transjordanians until the name was changed to Jordan now they are Jordanians. If Palestine remained part of Syria they would be Syrians. The Palestinians who live in what is now called Israel are called Israelis.

A rose by any other name...

Whether Palestine is a state or not is subject to opinion. The Palestinian maps are correct and use the unchanged borders laid out in 1922.

Wrong, stupid. Arabs began calling themselves Palestinians in the late 1960s.
The Palestine Mandate was issued in 1922.

D'OH!

For this reason, there is no mention of so-called Palestinians in the Palestine Mandate nor in UN Res. 181 conferring statehood on Arabs, nor in UN Res. 242 impacting on the so-called Palestinians.

You're entitled to your own opinion, but, not your own facts.

You're The Forum Dunce.

Whether Palestine is a state or not is subject to opinion.

Er, wrong, again. Facts are not your forte.

Statehood is a legal condition. There is no state of Palestine.

Israel is a state. The West Bank and Gaza are unallocated territories of the legally binding Palestine Mandate establishing Palestine as the Jewish state.

Now, even you know, dimwit. :clap2:

You are wrong on this one. Over 100 countries recognize Palestine. Some countries do not recognize Israel. To say that Palestine is not a state is merely an opinion. A state does not cease to exist when it is occupied. India did not cease to exist when it was occupied by the British, did it?

BTW, you need to reread the Palestine Mandate as it specified that it is not to create a Jewish state.

Where's Palestine, dopey?

Israel is noted as a sovereign state. D'oh!

I had you jumping through hoops yesterday like a trained monkey desperately trying to figure out who Palestinians are and you still couldn't do it.

D'oh.

Now, you're trying to invent a fictional state for your so-called Pallies.

Keep it up. Fairy tales can come true.

I live in Israel throughout the year. No Israeli Jews refer to themselves as Palestinian. They are Israelis.

Until 1967, there were no Arab "Palestinians" They were known as Jordanians and Egyptians.

You enjoy making a fool of yourself, yes?

Where's the state of Palestine on this comprehensive list? Israel is represented. Not Palestine, however.

How are Jews defined?

Don't say adherents of Judaism because I know atheist Jews.

Don't say descendants of Hebrew tribes because I know non-Hebrew Jews.

Don't say citizens of Israel because I know anti-Zionist Jews

So what is a Jew anyway?

As-salamu 'alaykum WRWB,

Responding to a Marc39 post opens up a can of worms - prepare to be assaulted with irrelevant nonsense and childish insults. Some garbage is best left ignored. ;)

This is how Palestinians are defined, by a former Palestine Liberation Organization official in a moment of candor...
The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct Palestinian people to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

Pallies are a scam. Just like Islam, a cult invented by an illiterate, cave-dwelling pedophile to enrich himself and bed women.
