I don't believe there have been any credible videos. There have been several audios that our intelligence services have said are probably him. After what happened in the run up to Iraq, I take the deteminations of our intelligence services with a grain of salt.

Obama certainly does not have a plan but the military does, the pentagon has many plans, Special forces have plans, Sunni if you actually read a few books or talked to people in the military you might have a bit of information.

Considering that:

1. We have a long history supporting the Pakistani military.

2. The Taliban is the enemy of the Pakistani government, a hostile, armed force moving into Pakistani territory.

3. The Pashtun of Afghanistan and the Punjabis of Pakistan are historical enemies.

It would seem prudent to coordinate our efforts, on a limited scale, with the Pakistani military. While by no means should we give them a tour of the Pentagon, we should still notify them of our operations in their territory where they can assist.
