I don't understand the legal concept of "obstruction" here. Is she refusing to talk or has she hidden evidence or 'events' from the police. If she is talking to the LEO without legal advice, then that is not very wise.

I don't either. They said she received texts from him during the shooting. I doubt she was in on it. We'll see. I don't have a lit of faith in our current "Justice" system. Sometimes they just need a scalp -- other times they let the guilty walk if they have political connections (Lois Learner, Hillary).
