After Nice, France (and after Donald had called O'Reilly already and talked about the war on ISIS in no uncertain terms), Hillary called Bill O and was suddenly using the term war when she had not been. Of course, she was still weak in talking about air strikes and abstract ways of taking out ISIS leadership instead of boots on the ground and things of the like; but she liked pretending she was going to be tough against the Muslims.
