O'Keefe Strikes Again: Man Offered Eric Holder's Ballot Without Showing ID...

Democrats don't want voter ID because it will cut down on the number of fraudulent votes by illegal aliens, lazy blacks without ID's, and voter fraud by minorities in general.

Conservatives want it because it will advance the causes of, and bring happiness to,

guys like you.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Rather we want it to prevent fraud! Pretty much any country that desires less fraud in their elections has them!

This is just one of many examples that exposes vulnerability in Voter verification, authentication. Beat up O'Keefe all you want, but, until someone points out that this video has been doctored or fabricated like a Michael Moore Movie or an NBC replay of the 911 Zimmerman-Martin call, this video shows that the authenticity of 1 vote for one US Citizen that meets the voting eligibility for, is extremely vulnerable to fraud and corruption. The fact that so many don't have a problem with this is concerning.

I thought the Left would be all for enhancing voter authenticity following their wolf cries in the 2000 Election. I thought the Left would be happy to ehance voting authenticity to that there is little-to-no chance that corruption could occur. Instead, they are happy with the status quo replete with vulnerabilities and simply frabricate occurances of fraud when an election does not go their way.

Left/Democrats will continue to shoot the messenger. Just programmed Obama-Bots stuck in stupid-mode. It is what it is.

Go ahead and charge Mr. O'Keefe then Carbineer...it will go to court and O'Keefe's lawyer will argue the Mr. O'Keefe never had any intention of actually voting with the ballot that he never took from the poll worker something that he demonstrated quite obviously when he turned down the poll workers repeated attempts to give him the ballot.

What I find amusing is that once again when someone illustrates how vulnerable our system is to fraud that instead of wanting to fix the problem...people on the left want to jail O'Keefe because once again he's embarrassed them.

In a shocking new video, James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas demonstrates to the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, just why he should be concerned about lack of voter ID laws – by walking into Holder’s voting precinct and showing the world that anyone can obtain Eric Holder’s ballot. Literally.

The video shows a young man entering a Washington, DC polling place at 3401 Nebraska Avenue, NW, on primary day of this year – April 3, 2012 – and giving Holder’s name and address. The poll worker promptly offers the young man Holder’s ballot to vote.

Holder has maintained that voter fraud is not a major problem in the United States, and that voter ID would not curb voter fraud in any case.

Project Veritas has already shown how dead people can vote in New Hampshire, prompting the state senate to pass a voter ID law; they’ve shown celebrities like Tim Tebow and Tom Brady registering to vote in Minnesota, prompting the state legislature to put voter ID on the ballot as a constitutional amendment. Washington DC voting law is a federal jurisdictional area. Will the federal government take up the challenge?

I like the end of the video when he tries to get into the DOJ with no ID. Truly classic. :)

He fraudulently procured a ballot. That is a federal offense. If you want to pretend it's not, because you're a hypocritical partisan moron,

that's your problem, not mine.

So you think his defense is that he never actually took the ballot?

lolol, then the system worked. He was deterred from committing voter fraud by the laws against it.

Either way you lose lolol.

If I were his lawyer I would argue that Mr. O'Keefe never "procured" anything because he refused to take the ballot even though it was offered to him several times. How can you be charged with "procuring" something when you refused to take the article that you're accused of procuring? The point of the excercise was not to USE the ballot...the point of O'Keefe's excercise was to prove that a ballot COULD be obtained fraudulently.

The only thing that "deterred" Mr. O'Keefe was his own refusal to take the ballot that was offered to him repeatedly by the poll workers. If you view that as the system "working"...then you're incredibly naive, Carbineer. O'Keefe didn't take the ballot because he knew that people like you would immediately call for his arrest upon seeing the video. His point however was that for someone who DID want to vote illegally...it would be very easy to do so with our present system. Someone who DID use someone else's name to vote would not be video taping himself doing so. Duh?

So he proved how easy it is to commit voter fraud by proving that he doesn't dare do it?

lol

Then I guess I prove how easy it is to rob a bank, every day, by not daring to do it.

The mission of Project Veritas is to highlight the ease of voter fraud - not to commit it. If the DOJ did their fucking job, the overpaid lawyers there would be investigating, and O'Keefe wouldn't have to. Say what you will about this kid but he's got bigger cajones than the weenies in Washington.

Then boast how easy it is to rob that bank

Agreed. Holder and all who are opposed to mitigating the risk of voter fraud by simply dismissing it as a problem that does not exist, better get their spin machine revved up. I would love for them to prosecute O'Keefe. Prosecute O'Keefe for exposing a problem that impacts all valied US voters yet ignore /dismiss terrorist thugs who bring night sticks to polling places with the intent of intimidating voters.

We have an Attorney General content with flaws in voter authentication system and equally content to let thugs with night sticks intimidate voters. The American People will decide in November if that is the way they want their Justice Department to continue to operate.

You two should start a thread and boast about how stupid you are, then run away.

You can't prove something is easy to do if you don't actually do it. That tends to prove how hard it is to do.

Use your heads people.

What kind of person is going to risk federal felony conviction, not to mention risking violating state laws, and prison time,

by posing as someone else to go and cast ONE STUPID VOTE? As if that's going to affect an election...

Find me that person, then we'll talk.
