I feel certain that most think it is 90-100%. If we find that it is different, that fact should be widely corrected. It would be interesting to find that Britons and Indians were in the mix and they have been able to refrain from blaming all their ills on their past history! Blacks blame all of their failures on slavery several decades ago while others "pull themselves up with their bootstraps" and became productive citizens in the US.History test:
