What you're not realizing is that $700+ billion he took from Medicare, he replaced with rainbows, sunshine and unicorns.
 
Obama extended the solvency of Medicare for 8 years.

On day one, Romney has promised to shorten the solvency of Medicare by 8 years.

Take your pick. If you want to see Medicare killed, then certainly seeing its life shortened by 8 years is a good step in your direction.
