When a women gains excessive amount of weight during her pregnancy. That it is a sign that she has a hormonal imbalance problem. She maybe taking in a lot of food, but not a balance diet. The only reason why doctors encourages women to eat a lot. It is because they want to make sure that pregnant women is feeding the fetuses what it needs. But when we crave something. That is a way our bodies is telling us what it needs. Like when a woman craves for pickles. Her body is subliminally telling her that she needs to increase her sodium intake. That the body remembers that pickles is one source that has sodium. Some women eats crackers when they are low in sodium or starch.
