Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said he is "outraged by the brutal and violent rape" of a 14-year-old girl at Rockville High School last week.

Two students raped another student in a bathroom stall at the school Thursday, Montgomery County Police said.

Authorities said Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, approached a 14-year-old girl in a hallway at Rockville High School during school hours Thursday morning and asked her to walk with them.

Montano asked her for sex, and after she refused, he and Sanchez forced her into a boys' bathroom where they both raped her and sodomized her, police said.

I'm not preventing anything. It hurts not to educate minors in this country whether legally or illegally because look what happens to kids who don't get their basic education. They drop out and take jobs in gangs or dealing drugs or stealing cars. They can't get real jobs even if they want to. They therefore leech off the taxpayers for emergency health care and other welfare benefits. That's the ones who don't commit violent crimes. How is that a benefit to society? I don't agree with illegals being here. You've got me wrong. But until that situation is handled, which will take a few years, anyway, the illegals who are here should be educated.
