I think as soon as you see a debate between Paul Ryan and drunken Joe, things will start to move in Romney / Ryan's direction.

I doubt it, I think Ryan, killed any chance mittens had for the moderate and independent votes he needed there to win.

My two cents:

It'll obviously help in Wisconsin - and very likely in Colorado and perhaps Nevada.
It will likely hurt him in Florida and Ohio.
I think it will hurt in PA but I don't really think that's such a swing state.

I am not 100% sure yet if it will help him in Wisconsin.

The oldest GM plant is there. 339,000 union workers in WI
