Why the stimulus was a success? Why Obamacare is great? Why taxes should be raised? Why we shouldn't lower taxes? Why Medicare and Social Security are great and only need minor tweaks?

Great idea. His numbers dropped to that level after the Republicans got him to reform welfare and reduce the capital gains tax rate by 28% (28% to 20%).
