So it's wrong when we call out when Obama says he's for smaller government then puts into action more government, more government programs, and more government spending?

Whether it be this writer who pointed it out, or whomever, the fact is there that Obama is talking out of both sides of his mouth and in many cases flat out lying (as evidenced by his actions)

Your assertion that Obama wishes to eliminate failed programs is false. He will support programs that fit his ideology, and attempt to eliminate those that do not.

This smoke and mirrors by Obama is allowed due to both the media's unwillingness to actually question his intent, and Obama's highly orchestrated administration. He has had but one press conference, and that one had each member of the press pre-approved.
