Yep just like projecting the cost of healthcare reform for 20 years and presenting it like it is all being spent right now.

i think they were passed out as perfomance bonuses on wall street......i think the reason was.... they didn't lose as much as they thought they would...

Part of the reason I mentioned this new use the term savings is; health care coverage is suppose to save us money. Applying this new view of savings makes health care saving quite a bad situation.

Also, it seems like Obama has created a $200b. slush fund for himself. How nice.
