There were poor who did not have Medicaid, and now they do because of the Medicaid expansion brought to you by ObamaCare.

So of course Obama is happy to take credit.

Red states which opted out of the Medicaid expansion and federal subsidies are going to be hearing from their constituents about this in the next election.
