When former military talk about Trump their words are gospel. How about when they talk about Obama? Why doesn't it count? Probably because it is the truth and we live in a post truth America.

The Taliban even said, ‘We can’t fight against this, we can’t win against this.’ Al Qaeda was saying the same thing,” Bolduc said. “So what did we do? In 2014, O’Biden said, ‘We are going to change strategy and come out of villages and end combat ops.’

So the point is……
That as long as US Forces were doing the fighting and dying, we had the Taliban on the run

Obama rightfully pulled US forces out of harms way. Trump started bringing those forces home and Biden completed the pull out.
Why should we fight and die for Afghan freedom when they are unwilling to do it themselves?

Not Bush?

Osama "pulled the trigger" idiot. Once al-Queda was broken up, we should have left and left those village idiots to go at it.

Hindsight is 20-20.

We were never offered the option of sending Special Forces in to rout out Al Qaeda and kill bin Laden

His only strategy was to take over the country and build a new one in our image.

It never had a chance

Eight years of the war was under your great Obama lest we forget. His VP is squarely responsible for the inglorious exit.

Biden's a goner.

What does that have to do with Obama's outright failure?

At the end of the day the final decisions, choices, plans made and executed were by the current administration and no one else. They could have changed things, planned better, considered more options or done more when things went tits up but they didnt.
