OH they didn't get all PAID for did they? Those programs carried right on over to the next President. Who had to account for the spending. Because a lot of that legislation like the tax cuts and the drug program WERE MADE INTO LAW. And the current Pres. doesn't get to ignore laws just because they were passed under a previous President.

If you can answer that honestly, you might be able to understand what happened under Obama.

He is only responsible for, at the moment, 50% of the US Federal Debt. Of course, soundly reasoned projections show that by the time he leaves office in January of 2017, assuming that he is not impeached and removed from office before then, provide that obama will then be responsible for roughly 70% of the ENTIRE US FEDERAL DEBT.

It should be noted that the projections were calculated prior to the unprecedented landslide defeat of obama-ites in the most recent election, so they do not include the limiting factor of the Republican Legislature, now in power.

As with Clinton, the Republican Legislature provided that early estimates of his inevitable spending, were not realized, which spared Clinton the consequences of what is now known as "THE OBAMA EFFECT".
