I knew all you had was the 500 chemical munitions which the republican senators announced as WMD's. Here is your little problem, the whole wmd situation claimed Saddam was actually actively producing and aquiring chemical and a biological weapons. Those 500 chemical munitions did not qualify as WMD's. If you read the reports that you said you did you would have seen it included those 500 munitions from the 80's, and concluded no weapons of mass destruction have been found. Try again chickentothehizzle, research more of those "news" sites for better answers, they can help you out. This is great, thanks for the good laugh, I knew you would bring up a report where the 500 chemical munitions were called WMD's.
"This does not reflect a capacity that was built up after 1991," the official said, adding the munitions "are not the WMDs this country and the rest of the world believed Iraq had, and not the WMDs for which this country went to war."
The weapons are thought to be manufactured before 1991 so they would not be proof of an ongoing WMD program in the 1990s.
Guess what reports those quotes are from..
