We didn't have military troops in Libya or in Syria when Obama took office and the Philippines were our ally. We actually had just won the conflict in Iraq, which was even declared as an American victory by Obama himself. No one had hardly even heard of ISIS when Obama and Hillary took office. Yes a good part of the reason he was elected because he was black. Obama had no experience except being a community agitator, and yes he is a muslim.
