Doesnt matter what I think. The jury that awarded them damages thought so. Doesnt matter what you think either. Its a done deal.

Did they even go to the trial with this case or did the city just make a settlement to save on legal expenses and a bigger loss if the case were decided by a jury? When cops ignore and break policies and protocols the city and taxpayers pay for the corrupt cops.
