Very, very true.Cops deal with a lot of stress and they also see a lot of really awful things. It's similar to men who come back from war messed up from some of the shit they saw. Sometimes someone just snaps. The human brain really isn't designed to see this kind of stuff. Suicides are higher among these groups and there aren't enough resources available.
