They need look no further than California ... remember a few years back when the schools wanted all students to take Ebonics classes? I don't think it was allowed to happen.

You know, some 45 or so years ago, integration was forced on schools because blacks were not getting the same good education as whites. After years of excuses, apologies, and continued lowering of educational standards it hard to understand what anybody is saying anymore. What happened to all the raising of educational standards for blacks that were to be accomplished by integration?

It might be a field of study, but it is not a language, it is a dialect. Anyone that pays attention, and who has a pretty good grasp of English, can follow it. I wonder which ability the DEA has a problem finding in its agents.
