Now the evidence is released. ObamaCare passed due to illegal voters voting in 2008.

You have data to refute this:

Of the 21 Democratic senators who opposed the 1964 act, only one would ever change parties. Nor did the segregationist constituencies that elected these Democrats throw them out in favor of Republicans: The remaining 20 continued to be elected as Democrats or were replaced by Democrats. It was, on average, nearly a quarter of a century before those seats went Republican. If southern rednecks ditched the Democrats because of a civil-rights law passed in 1964, it is strange that they waited until the late 1980s and early 1990s to do so.
Still waiting for your explanation why LA, MS, AL, GA, and SC all switched to Republican in 1964...? For the first time since the 1872 election, those 5 states voted GOP in 1964. What to you think caused that switch?
Because the voters there opposed the human rights violation at the heart of the Democratic platform.

You understand that what happened in 1964 predated "the Southern Strategy" don't you?
You have that backwards as the south clung to its racist roots. It's laughable to think the voters in those racist southern states opposed human rights violations against blacks, whom they at one time, fought to secede from the nation just to keep their slaves.

And yet it is the Northeast which has the nation's most segregated schools, New York at the top of the list, it was Boston which had violent protests against a means of school integration. Seems odd to say that the South is racist when it has the nation's most integrated schools and has the highest level of racial diversity, you know that quality which liberals in the Northeast talk about craving but run away from.

Those 5 southern states, which fought hard against civil rights, then abandoned the party they supported for nearly a century prior to the 1964 election, as they all voted GOP for the first time since 1872 (which had no Democrat front runner anyway).

What of Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia? Didn't they have black folks living there?
You have got to be a "special" kind of stupid if you think the [confederate] south isn't more racist than the north.

Rikurzhen is very, very, special. :p

New York state has the most segregated public schools in the nation, UCLA researchers said Wednesday.

And within the state, New York City schools are among the most segregated.

Nearly 30 percent of the state’s public schools had minority enrollments of 90 percent or more, even though 51 percent of the state’s students were white in the 2010-2011 school year covered by the report.

In New York City, the percentage of white students dropped from 21.3 percent in 1989-90 to 14.5 percent in 2010-11, the researchers said.

In 19 of the city’s 32 community school districts, minorities comprised at least 90 percent of the student population.

“In the 30 years I have been researching schools, New York state has consistently been one of the most segregated states in the nation — no Southern state comes close to New York,” said UCLA Civil Rights Project co-director Gary Orfield.

Illinois, Michigan, Maryland and New Jersey followed New York on the most-segregated-schools list.
