just 5 million people live in Norway, we have something like 60X that population.

1) norway isn't part of the EU which helps them a lot

I'm working on it, be assured. I own 200 acres and have been building out-of-pocket. Small cabins will be available for anyone of whom we approve and who brings some skill to the table. Anyone who won't pull their own weight is gone! I've been learning much about animal husbandry, dairy production, and even how to make a passable mead, among other things. My partner is one helluva welder, house builder, and auto mechanic. Life off-grid is different, but quite comfortable in its totality. And very satisfying in a deeply self-proficient sense.

No, the point is, our "poor" are anything but. I'd gladly provide one-way tickets for the "poor" from this country to go tour where REALLY poor people live, if you can call it that. Our "poor" are so far from poor, they haven't a clue. But they've been told that they are entitled to everything that all the working stiffs have worked, saved, and earned...because they're "poor".
