The Obama administration and his foreign policies have been a failure. Now, in light of the potential President that will be elected, the Philippines has given up on an America seemingly ready to double-down on stupid / incompetent / criminal.

Once respected as world leaders, again - after Obama's failures, the decline of the United States (as Barry's daddy wanted), and America's government regression, it is being seen more and more like a circus run by a bunch of clowns.

Under President Obama Russia has gained in power, Al Qaeida has gained in power, ISIS has gained in Power, The Muslim Brotherhood rose to temporary power, Iraq was invaded and a second war to liberate Iraq AGAIN is being fought, Iran got a 'personal deal' that greatly benefitted them, Obama paid a ransom to Iran for US hostages, The US promise to help defend the Ukraine's sovereign territory was broken as Russia annexed Crimea, and the Philippines just turned it's back on the US due to the lack of focus given to them with its problem in the South China Sea.

I wonder how much longer before other allies and friendly nations decide to part ways with the growing circus that once was the mighty United States.

Actually aligning with China makes a lot more sense to the PI if you were too look at it logically. We won't help them if the Chinese decide to start screwing with them so they will fall under the sphere of influence of the Chinese for survival if nothing else. We are offering them nothing. The same go's for the Japanese. They are seeking to control the Chinese (not bloody likely)to finally realize their original aim of a "Greater East Asia Co Prosperity Sphere".

For someone who claims to be so knowledgeable it is amazing how ignorant you are of the world.

Japan, and the PI are going to go with China silly boy. The US is becoming ever more impotent in that region to the point now that China is building a military airport on the Spratley Islands, they are apparently reclaiming land to build a new island just 130 miles from Luzon, and they are forcing their way into control of the Senkaku islands which the Japanese were hoping we would help them with. We aren't. We are sailing a couple of ships close to the islands but the Chinese know we won't do anything about their encroachment.

The Japanese and the Fillipino's are merely acting in their best interests and China is it. We are a super power in decline thanks to your hero. You picture us as Rome just before the Visigoths knocked on the door.
