NYC mayor Eric Adams says 99% of the illegals in New York state have "been dropped into the laps of New York City residents".

What to do? He's not even doing the minimum required of a sanctuary city! There's still a long, long, long way to go before he's truly stepped up and taken responsibility.

Every hotel, apartment building, private home, school, and government facility in the city should be FULL of migrants before he complains.

Where is the governor?

Mayor Adams is complaining about the failure of the federal government to give him adequate resources to deal with all of the immigrants being handed off to the City of New York.

He didn't say he didn't want any more immigrants, he said he needs more resources to help all of the people that are being sent to New York, after entering the country elsewhere. Mayor Adams seems more than ready to welcome the people to New York, if he's given the money and resources necessary to deal with them.

He didn't say the federal government is failing either. Adams didn't blame anyone for the situation, he simply asked for more help and resources from the feds to take on the job. He has a problem which Joe Biden can help him with, so he went on TV and said, "We have a problem and we need your help".

The problems are set out and Adams, the state, and the feds will work towards solutions. That's how government is supposed to work.
