It’s a bit of an inevitable downward spiral for cities run by one corrupt party, the Dem / Socialist party. Amidst high taxes getting higher, high crime rates due to Dem / Socialist policies that make criminals a protected class, illegals who deserve entitlements as hoped-for future Dem / Socialist voters, sidewalks being open sewers, etc., both individuals and businesses are leaving.
The brilliant move by the Socialist loons to address the disasters they create is to… wait for it…. Raise taxes, cut city services and import more illegals.
