In fact, Quid Pro didn't need TRUMP! or his staff to review the plans with the military, who were charged to carry them out. They did take their equipment. The equipment that was left was mostly what we had given to the Afghan military or had been stockpiled over the years by Bush II and Obama and Trump.

Look, I know you're contractually obligated to find any way possible to blame TRUMP! for everything from street crime in Jakarta to people wearing white after Labor Day, but this one was Quid Pro Joe's to handle, and any fallout is on him.
