To be fair, trade agreements are needed so that both sides are playing by the same rules but the broadness of this deal coupled with the secrecy makes it obvious that this thing is not to be trusted as a simple trade deal.If it isn't Broken don't fix it....................

Foreign Trade agreements should be negotiated by the Gov't primarily by the Executive....................and RATIFIED BY THE SENATE as PRESCRIBED BY THE CONSTITUTION.................
No other laws are needed in this aspect.......................
