New Hampshire Governor signs bill stopping non residents from voting

That's a winner! Why can't my state do that? Oh yeah, they're greedy AF. Double the license/tag/permit fees/taxes of most other states.

IIRC most States that require a photo ID to vote have a method of obtaining one if free of charge if you don't require a qualifying ID for other purposes. (For example they will not give you a State ID for free if you already have a paid Drivers License since having a Drivers License fills the same role.)
