New bill would ban gender-confirming care for anyone under 26 in Oklahoma

So its discriminatory for one event. breast implants have caused severe life threatening problems in the past, but thats ok?

SCOTUS has determined there is no right to privacy or bodily autonomy with Dobbs.

I didn't say that's "ok" at all. Its just a different issue that should be considered in a different bill.

Remember that Sex Change operations are paid by insurance, boob jobs aren't. That makes them a lot more of a public issue.

No it doesn't.

No one's medical decisions are a public issue. Unless of course you want your and everyone else's medical records to be public documents.

Doesn't matter. If you can join the army and kill who the government tells you to at 18 then you are capable of making your own decisions on what you do with your own body.
You are not.
Clearly
Those who care about them know it.
Those who don't... don't

Doesn't matter. Either a person is an adult at an agreed upon age or they are not.

An 18 year old can sign contracts and conduct all his own legal affairs. The decision on what an adult does or does not do to his own body is none of your business.

I think it's 18 years old and it has been signed into law. Interesting how chemical castration and genital mutilation is glossed over by the left as "gender-confirmation". One of Alinsky's rules for radicals goes "if you tell a lie often enough it becomes the truth". Lefties are good at it.

A new bill would make it a felony for anyone under the age of 26 to access gender-confirming care in the state of Oklahoma.

Senate Bill 129, sponsored by Republican state Sen. David Bullard, is the most recent anti-transgender care bill to be introduced in an ongoing push against gender-confirming care by Republican legislators across the country.

Though many of these bills have initially targeted minors, several recently proposed bills have started extending the bans into adulthood.

Under this bill, physicians and health care providers cannot provide gender transition procedures to a patient under the age of 26 or refer them “to any healthcare professional for gender transition procedures.”

Haha...

Fed likes to play games with age of majority so OK took it to the max with something else.
GOOD FOR OKLAHOMA!

It is a known fact that men only stop growing physically when they are about 25years old.

Growth should never be interfered with by chemicals/hormones un-natural to the body.

A young girl who plays boys games and considers herself a "tomboy" wakes up in a hospital bed without breasts or reproductive organs and the last thing she saw was her teacher signing some papers. They tell her it's for her own good and gender confirming care.
