Baroness Jenny Jones, a Member of the London Assembly for the Green Party, told LBC that she has been working on her interview technique.
She told LBC's Morning News: "Obviously, it's a terrible blow for anybody who messes up at work. It doesn't matter what sort of job you've got.
"I think for her, she's had enough support now to know that we're all behind her and supporting her, so I think she is going to make a great speech today.
"The interesting thing is that, first of all, we had a spike in membership, we had more members joining after that - so publicity and so on.
"But secondly, we had a lot of free offers of help from people who do lots of media training and things like that.
"So in fact, Natalie has had more training, but so have loads of others in the party as well.
"We don't want to look like the slick, glossy, insincere politicians that you sometimes see, but we do perhaps need to understand a little more about what the media expects from us."
