I read the NAACP resolution and I am not bothered by it at all. I feel that some of it is off base but the part where they call on tea partiers to denounce any racially themed signage and where they ask the tea party to publicly state they dont support racial hate groups is a great suggestion...and i'm going to do as they ask.
I think just about anyone who can blast away at Barack or Michelle Obama these days will get a huge writeup by the right wing media and then have had their 15 minutes of fame.

They are trying to derail the real reason of what the tea party is about. Smaller government and balancing the budget. They are focusing on the very few who might be racist.

I can see the NAACP having a racist speaker and applauding him on tape, but I have yet to see any real pictures showing wide spread racism in the tea party.
