Don’t underestimate that factor in a country like NK. Looking at it from the western world perspective it seems insane. However many NK citizens have been taught that giving everything of yourself to the state is the highest priority/honor, almost in the same way we would view our freedoms. Kim is not just a president to many people he is more akin to a divine authority
