He said "she hit me first". So clearly he struck someone. Was it self defense? Time will tell.

He has made threats to Jacob. I say this, Michael had better be more worried about messing with the President of the United States and representing people who tried to take him and his judicial picks down. This is beyond just him and a businessman now (though he might be lucky it isn't as Trump is no neophytes to fighting battles and would be far less under the microscope a private citizen), it's between him, the American People and the leader of the Free World.

That's not meant to be a threat or my belief anything outside the law should happen, but it's an observation. The CPL colors outside the lines and so far he has not been held to account personally. Not only is Trump a counter puncher, but so are many Conservatives and normally relaxed and logical people he has targeted (such as Tucker Carlson).

If he were an honourable man who believed in the Rule of Law and Due Process he could get a pass, as it were, the CPL is a scumbag.

I agree with a caveat.

These should not ever be trial by public opinion. Until there is an indictment, it should not be made public. Ford's name should never have been publicized and neither should the allegations until confirmed one way or the other. The whole thing was a mess.

Avenatti is a sleazeball lawyer, a perfect compliment to Trump and Stormy. But the charges seem a bit odd.
