The Wall Street Journal in its article Ukrainian Graft Fight Stalls IMF Bailout sais that in last decade 15 billion of US Dollars of the IMF money was stollen in Ukraine.

The IMF is holding up next loan untill it is sure that the new Ukrainian President's government will aggressively try to recoup the money...

But Ukraine is the Black Hole which sucks everything into itself without a trace

There is “good” news. ALL leaders of the so-called “ Revolution of Dignity” in Ukraine, funded directly by the US government, have become millionaires or multimillionaires within these 6 years...

Is it any wonder that President Trump also decided to slow down assistance to Ukraine until some circumstances of possible corruption are clarified?

Some statistics:


- At the beginning of 2018, the total number of official millionaires in Ukraine is 742, the State Fiscal Service said. This is almost 2 times more than a year ago.

- In the fourth quarter of 2017, the hourly salary of Ukrainians was less than two dollars.

- Ukraine will lose about 16 million people in half a century of market independence, which is equivalent to the population of a large European country. And this monstrous depopulation exceeds in its scope many of the tragic events of the twentieth century, which are officially recognized in the world community as genocide.
The scale of depopulation is so terrible that no one wants to census the population

- Over the past 6 years, Ukraine has become the country with the lowest standard of living in Europe ”

- President Petro Poroshenko's income for 2018 compared with 2017 increased almost 82 times

Taking into account that it was Mr. Biden who was responsible in the government for the reforms in Ukraine and how many times he had visited this country, I have a logical question:

I bet if a deep dig was done it would uncover a lot of Corruption by Representatives or entities they have a financial interest in . But that won't happen they can't even be charged with insider trading for acting on info they learn while lobbying for supporting bills that would effect their "Portfolios"!

I believe the President should start a formal investigation into how conscientiously Vice President Biden performed his duties, allowing such a theft of funds and the impoverishment of once a prosperous republice. Something in the whole story is "wrong" ... As well as the American embassy's activity in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, during the reign of President Obama.
