To be clear - I am a gun owner and one of those who advocates for a gun license test - similar to a car-drivers license.
A moron won't pass a car-driver license test - neither would the same moron pass a gun license test - ergo most Blacks couldn't legally own a gun and neither white, or hispanic or whatever morons.

Therefore gun problem almost solved.
