The turtle tank is a T-72 with high-tech anti-drone armor. Russian forces have modified one of their main battle tanks by covering it with a sheet metal structure equipped with the Triton protection system. It offers extra protection to soldiers on the tank, guarding against persistent Ukrainian drone strikes.

The Triton protection system against FPV drones consists of emitters that are mounted on the protective visor of a tank. These emitters prevent drones from attacking combat vehicles by blocking the frequencies used to control the drones.

Earlier this year, Russian state media reports said Moscow had started using "FPV drone suppression systems" on its tanks.

The details of this turtle-like cage aren't clear, and it is hard to work out how many have been produced, or whether they are just making use of available materials in the field, she told Newsweek.

"The constant threat from enemy FPV drones leads to various extravagant projects in an attempt to protect armored vehicles, such as an electronic warfare tank, or, as in this photo, a tank covered with a continuous protective structure," a Russian military blogger said of the "turtle tank" on Monday.

Keep in mind that it's no longer a fight in which comparisons can be made. The important question may be better answered by a close examination of the recent missile barrage by Iran.

Some are claiming that Iran sent hyper-sonic missiles and they were unstoppable.

My only source of information on that claim is from non-Nato and non-US sources, so believe it with caution.
However, it could explain why the Zionists are being persuaded to not test the waters!
