federal judge in McAllen, Texas, has temporarily blocked a plan for a construction firm favored by President Trump to build a privately-funded segment of border wall along the banks of the Rio Grande River.

6.5% unemployment with the Trustfund exhausting in a few years.
5.5% which they billed as the most likely, where the Trustfund exhausted in 19 years.
4.5% unemployment, which no one claimed was achievable, but at that level the Trust fund NEVER exhausts.

Actually, concern that a hyper-factional (what we today call hyper partisanship) would politically MISUSE the impeachment power is EXACTLY why 67 votes are required. Unless there is a CRIME so egregious that a broad bipartisan coalition to immediately remove forms, and there is NO other means to remove (like an upcoming election!) it was expected that House would refrain.

Democrats are clearly misusing their Constitutional Authority and failing to make the case that Trump misused his.
