But to your point, unenumerated rights are, by definition, not Constitutional rights. You may hope the Court continues to recognize a right as fundamental, but it isn't guaranteed by the Constitution, like the 6th amendment right to a lawyer.

Nope. If the was a Constitutional right, the Supreme Court could not take it away. Abortion was perceived to be a fundamental right. It ain't.

You haven't gotten out much have you. The major reason people have sex is because they want to , most of the time a pregnancy is the last thing they want. And the good news is most people change that very quickly. It is unfortunate when a woman who actually wanted a child discovers the fetus is unviable and it's best if she has an abortion rather than being more suffering into an already sad situation. Those are the women I sympathize most with But any woman who is pregnant and does not want to be should always have the abortion option. Especially those who were the victims of rape or incest and since both of those are way unreported out of misplaced feelings of guilt and / or shame, that number is much higher than any of us would ever want to know.
